Breif introduction:

This welded frame bogie is developed for train car carrying cargo goods on meter gauge railway for Southeast Asian customers. The bogie’s axle load is up to 20t, and its running speed could reach 100km/h. This welded frame bogie is mainly composed of wheel set assembly, axle box assembly, damper device, bogie frame, brake device and weighing device.

We are able to design and manufacture welded frame bogies according to customers train car requirements.

Main technical features:

1. Integral H type frame structural, high structural speed and light weight below the springs
2. Spherical surface center plate, with bigger touch area of upper and lower center plates, distributing the load uniformly, and improving the ability to transmit longitudinal force and transverse force.
3. Two stage stiffness spring for axle box, improving the vertical stability of empty vehicle, excellent dynamic performance under the condition of empty and loaded;
4. Adopt Linor shock absorber to better solve the bogie’s different damping force requirements under empty status and loaded status
5. Adopt constant contact elastic side bearing to improve the stability of the bogie snake movement
6. Apply suspension bilateral brake shoes for braking, improving the barking efficiency and reducing the weariness of brake shoes.
7. Adopt weighing device to realize automatic adjustment of braking force under the working condition of empty and loaded status.
